• This linen piece is ethically made within the UK, supporting women-led business & paying fair wages. The localised nature of our supply chain also means that we’re reducing the carbon footprint of our garments, as we don’t have to import our finished clothes into the country.The linen is OEKO-TEX® certified using a zero waste production process.

• Our buttons are sourced from a sustainable manufacturer who is a member of the UNFCCC (Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action) and they only use 100% renewable energy. They use blockchain to track & monitor their supply chain and all buttons used are made from recycled materials, including 80% recycled paper!

• Vegan friendly, our linen supplier works with flax farmers, spinners and finishers to create the highest possible added value with the smallest possible ecological footprint.

Volgens Fanfare the Label kunnen we kleding gebruiken om verandering, eerlijkheid en vrijheid te benadrukken. Het label maakt unieke kledingstukken door het combineren van oud en nieuw textiel.

Eerlijk geproduceerd: de kleding wordt gemaakt in verschillende ateliers lokaal in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. De ateliers zijn kleine familie-werkplaatsen die worden gerund door vrouwen. Fanfare bezoekt deze locaties regelmatig en heeft een goede relatie met de makers en leveranciers. 

Milieuvriendelijk: Fanfare werkt met biologische of gerecyclede materialen. Ze gebruiken bijvoorbeeld GOTS gecertificeerd katoen uit India en ethisch geproduceerd linnen met Oeko-Tex certificaat uit België. Daarnaast geven ze textiel uit landfills in het VK een nieuw leven door deze te recyclen. De kleding wordt verpakt in gerecycled papier en in biologisch afbreekbaar materiaal verzonden. 

Lokaal geproduceerd: de collecties worden binnen Europa, in het VK gemaakt. De meeste materialen komen ook uit Europa. 

Goed doel: Fanfare the Label doneert twee keer per jaar aan A21 campaign en International Justice Mission, organisaties die hedendaagse slavernij binnen de kledingindustrie tegen gaat.
