De missie van het Berlijnse merk AYANI is om duurzame en stijlvolle werkkleding te ontwerpen zodat je ‘s ochtends in 5 minuten goed gekleed klaar kunt staan. Zo heb je meer tijd voor jezelf en de zaken die er echt toe doen! In het ontwerpproces denken ze zorgvuldig na over wat een moderne vrouw nodig heeft: flatterende vormen, grote zakken, levendige kleuren en perfecte lengtes. Jurken die aangenaam zijn om te dragen en die een essentieel onderdeel van je dagelijkse garderobe zullen worden.

Eerlijk geproduceerd: De kleding wordt eerlijk gemaakt in Armenië  in een klein naaiatelier in een klein stadje. Het biedt werkgelegenheid voor 7 vrouwen die in het gebied wonen. Ayani bezoekt ze 3 keer per jaar en brengt weken door in het atelier om samen met de dames aan de prototypes te werken. De stoffen komen uit Izmir, Turkije.

Milieuvriendelijk: Ayani werkt met de duurzame stoffen Ecovero™  Viscose  en gerecycled polyester. Één keer per jaar bezoekt Ayani deze fabrikant om de nieuwe stoffen te zien. Deze fabrikant levert stoffen aan verschillende duurzame merken in Europa. 

Goed doel: Een deel van de winst op elke aankoop wordt gedoneerd aan NGOs die het milieu beschermt en armoede bestrijdt in Armenië.
